Hi folks,
Looking to lease a BMW loaner in So.Cal. What worries me is that some dealerships may sell repaired demos/loaners. I wouldn’t mind some minor bumper fixes but I am wondering if these dealerships would still be allowed to lease/sell these repaired demos.
Any inputs will be appreciated. Thanks

So I’ve used this forum pretty religiously over the years but today I encountered a first for me and was curious on your thoughts. I saw a loaner BMW 440i discounted down to $33k for a 2019 BMW 440i. I thought it was a little low because that was without me haggling and they said that it was a BMW demo/loaner that had an accident and BMW repaired it so the title is still clean and the manufacturer warranty is still intact. I asked about incentives like loyalty and they said the loyalty credit an…
Hi Hackrs,
I’m shopping for a 530i lease and I’ve come across a service loaner with ~1600 miles that has “Damage reported” listed on the CarFax.
The car has the options I want but I’m not married to the idea of getting this specific unit. I was wondering if there were any specific concerns I should have about the situation? Anything special in this case with regard to GAP insurance? I would think not but I’m not sure. Has anyone done a deal like this before? Just how low do you expect I co…
It is a question that has been asked many times, but with a twist. Fully loaded (really) 340i with around 4500 miles. MSRP is around $59k. Carfax says minor front end damage. I wanted to get some thoughts on what would be a reasonable discount. I guess the accident doesn’t matter much if you are leasing until maturity, but it does limit your ability to transfer. It would also matter if you were planning to buy it out or “Vroom/Carvana” it.Thanks.
