Ya, I see it. Just terrible for the benefit to not really exist. Then to have the run around of first being told, “the CSP doesn’t exist at all, wait it does, but not this dealership, but just kidding we didn’t understand you even though you clearly stated your CSP account number, and finally now that we’ll honor it, it doesn’t actually exist in the way you think because that’s not real. Thanks for playing. You’ll never get that time back.”
