Lol but what would make them think they’d get away with it three years later? Where’s the end game strategy? Or did the finance guy get a commission and then hightail? Cause he left shortly after this deal which I always thought a bit odd.
Assume you’d forget or move and go to a different dealer or sell it or any number of other situations.
The optimist in me says they had no idea how to do msds, so they screwed up the first contract and when it got bounced, they wrote a new one and didn’t even consider the msds.
All comes down to playing “stupid or liar”

Epilogue: I didn’t trust the dealer to mail my check so I happened to be in the area and picked it up myself. Mailed my payoff check to BMWFS and will be selling to Carvana once I get the title. Wowzas
