Anyone have experience doing a CPO lease on a BMW? Can this work for any BMW?

As per BMW cpo website it is a CPO elite 
If it was a previous manufacturer owned vehicle or loaner, the following deduction in RV applies.
Below 5,000miles : Posted New Car MF / Posted New Car RV
5,000~7,499miles : Posted New Car MF / -4% of Posted RV of New Car
7,500 ~ 9,999miles : Posted New Car MF / -6% of Posted RV of New Car
and of course there is the $0.25/Mile minus 500 miles allowance deduction in residual values.
May RV/MF of 4 series new car is 0.00150 / 61% for 10k miles/36 mos
