I did you the search function before I posted this, but didn’t seem to get a straight answer… also many of the posts were older. Hoping to clarify something about the corporate sales program with BMW.
Current incentives on X3 M40i to my knowledge are $2,000 lease cash and conquest ($2,750) for April 2020 in tri state area. I’ve seen some posts that say it’s up to the dealer and that the corporate sales can be used on a demo. I’ve seen as long as it’s under 5k miles. Also, mixed reviews on stacking this with lease cash. I know it can’t be stacked with conquest.
In the BMW verbiage it calls out the extend drive and service vehicles… so this includes executive demos as well? Is there a way that dealers classify this to differentiate? :
Again sorry, but I couldn’t find a straight answer. If I missed it I’m sorry.
Yes corporate sales can be used on a demo under 5k and the base credit always applies regardless if you have corp, loyalty or conquest. I think you missed the “with 5,000 or more miles” part.
Rebates are not up to the dealer, it’s from BMWFS. The only dealer dependence is half of an OL code.
So theoretically I should be able to apply my corporate sales on top of the current lease cash. I was under the impression I could, but there were a lot of mixed reviews. I just also saw this verbiage on the corporate sales waiver that was sent. The part in bold.
On the summary page it lists $1,500 for X3. This plus lease cash $2,000 should give a total of $3,500, right (greater then the $2,750 with conquest)
fleet stacks with lease cash but not loyalty/conquest/USAA/CCA
works with loaners under 5k
executive demos under 5k should work but it depends. Some demos no matter what the mileage are bought from BMW HQ, can be leased, but no incentives or rebates can be applied to the sale price.
Many dealers are listing affiliate discount as $500 which is the lesser of the two vs conquests. In the screenshot above it’s $1,500. Does it vary by region or am I just stupid.
Possibly different incentive? Ask your dealer to clarify. Also incentives are very often region specific or zip code specific, for instance one month BMW offered 4.25 k in lease cash for the 440i gran coupe in NYC, but my zip gets 1500 (pisses me off btw). This is one example.
Definitely see how it pissed you off lol. I looked up a few different regions and same thing. Knowing how things vary from region to region that was my though and I wanted to look. Although, given the discount is straight from BMW NA per the screenshot above it’s odd how it’ll vary.
Yeah. I negotiated a 19% discount on a GC loaner on Ohio, then I get slapped with the info that my ZIP gets 3k less incentives. Total lease cost when from good to well, a lot more, as there was 1.5k fleet + 4.25k cash for 5.7 k incentives on a 49k msrp car discounted 19& with 60% residual.
Thanks. Just odd how it doesn’t mention it anywhere in the form from what I can see. I didn’t see mention of “up to $1,500 or depends on dealer location.”
Sometimes dealers don’t have it publicly published the corporate sales discount and/or how much it is.
I think you are mistaken or the dealer is misinformed.
If they are not used to doing it, fleet used to be $500 stackable with loyalty or conquest, but that changed recently. I can’t remember if it was Sept 2019 or Jan 2020 when the change occurred.
Lease cash can vary by region but fleet shouldn’t.
I could be mistaking, so I guess I’m just trying to clear it up. Also, I didn’t see any definitive answers on here. If the question was as ked it seemed to have just dropped off. I do know the form changed sometime in the past year or so with wording.
I guess bottom line is will Lease cash for the given month + the amounts in the below screenshot for the given month should be honored?
