Only driver side wheel has the sensor. For European cars is best to buy quality pads from fcp euro or similar. My car came with textar pads. I was in a rush and got the akebono kit with sensor from Amazon.

Do what some dealerships do, slap the cheapest parts that work and keep it rolling.
BMW 3 series with some Laufenn tires and Dynamic Friction pads and sensors should be good to go.
If your BMW came with runflats, they will expect it to be returned with runflats. Laufenn does not offer runflats afaik.
