Have a quick question for you. 2 months ago, bought a new 5-series that was on the lot for roughly 10 months, got a decent discount. However, I have less than 2000 miles on it, and now the car is giving me notice for service due, Oct 2019 in 8000 miles.
I am assuming no service may have been done on the car when it was sitting. It is worth getting it serviced , even though it has little miles on it, or just ride out the remaining 8K miles.?
If the car is telling you service needs to be done, get it done. It is free so there is not reason to not to do it. Also if you are leasing and you skip a service interval, BMW charges $750.
