I have been researching 530e for while. I am trying to cast fishing net hopefully some dealer will be aggressive toward EOM/EOY (I realized BMW YE is in April).

I am told I have to do OwnerChoice (I am in Texas) to capture EV rebate.
I do have Corp fleet code and OL code. However, I have not brought it up to the dealer. Hopefully, it will shave off another $30-40 per month.

Any feedback?

Be aware TCEQ rebate only fully realized on 36mo otherwise partial. This deal isn’t bad but not strong enough to consider 24mo.

Any idea is State of Texas treats OC as finance or lease?

Technically speaking… OC is “finance” option instead of lease. I read the publication. Language suggest that 36 month requirement is only for lease. do you have any experience on this front?

OC is a special finance product (Kind of like a balloon loan)

This is for 2019 model, the 2020 has ~$1200 extra in fed tax CREDIT (not rebate).

Agreed, Yeah, I noticed it, but I can’t get anyone to come close to even 10% dealer discount on MY20.

2019 demo is the only way I can get dealer in ~18% disc. territory. I am having to go out of my market to get this deal.
