Discount looks solid but dealer fees look quite high. I’m no expert on the Fl market, other members please chime in. Max MSDs would save you about $25/month, 9% annual return, I’d suggest it.

Apologies. I should’ve added. This was the dealers first proposal. Haven’t had to go back and forth as of yet, but assuming there is some room to move still
