Hey guys I’m a total lease newb, I found a 2017 BMW 330i that has 4400 miles on it seems like it may have been loaner or something. Their website price says 46K and their selling price is 36K. I talked to sales guy over the phone and he was quoting me a monthly at $491 for 36/15 with tier 1 credit, which sounds waaay to high. Would this be a good car to try and negotiate a lease and what would a decent deal on this be? I apologize if I’m posting in the wrong section.
What’s the MF and residual? It sounds kind of high .
Remember this is their first offer, so you should be able to negotiate the selling price a bit. Do you need 15k?
I’ll have to ask for the MF but this is what was sent to me so far. The price is with the 3k holiday cash incentive added. To be honest I’m looking to get a lease payment around $350 a month. This BMW just caught my eye, I’m also interested in almost any luxury/sport sedan like the Q50 3.0T, Kia SX Turbo, IS 200T and the Audi A3, hopefully I can find one of those cars in my price range.
Seems kind of high for a loaner. There was a new one here that was 2,200~ less sticker that they wanted $259 a month, $3,500 due at signing. So it would be like $385 sign and drive with 15k miles and everything rolled in. Required loyalty though so without that $426 sign and drive. If you just roll in the sticker price difference its $487 so close if thats a sign and drive. Should prolly be cheaper since it’s a loaner though and that sales price is cheaper than the one I’m referencing by 3k.
I think from what is posted here Q50 can have some pretty amazing deals. BMW and Infinit seem to have the best ones from my research. Audi not so much.
Lexus I’m currently researching myself. The 200t around here seem to be completely gone. There are 300s and 350s around but Lexus isn’t quite as generous with discounts off MSRP as say Inifniti. There is Lexus $3500 lease cash though. With bottom end IS300 I think you could get to $450 or under with 0 down.
You can ask for 24 months. I’ve got a $1k higher MSRP car than this one around the same mileage for $252 incl tax per month for 24/12k miles with $1,000 drive off.
I would love to see that all worked out on a calc, seems to good to be true. what was the selling price you settled on, and did you put 0 down with 1k drive off?
Can you list the full deal?
I just leased a 17” 330i wagon loaner. 4600 miles. MSRP was 54k, got it for 400 plus tax, zero drive off. Literally, not even first payment. I had 3 series loyalty To stack top holiday credit. There’s some really strong deals out there if you can find an aggressive dealer.
I don’t have the quote sheet, but I’ll post what I can find in the contract tonight.
I’m not sure how that $1,000 drive off was broken down between down payment and fees, but sure dmv fees were not in the deal. I already received the registration renewal letter and the dealer confirmed that they didn’t include it so I need to pay for it.
Here’s the breakdown of my lease:
Msrp: 47,090
Sticker price: 43,090
Gross capitalized cost: 36,500 —> 37,425 (I think the difference seems like the destination charge)
Capitalized cost reduction: 4,052 (3,750 incentive, 1,000 out of pocket minus first month’s payment, tax and document fees)
Adjusted capitalized cost: 33,372
Residual value: 30,075
Depreciation: 3,297
Rent charge: 2,314
Base Monthly: 233.82
Total Monthly: 251.94
I remember the MF was 0.00152 but don’t know the exact residual since it was adjusted due to being a loaner with 4500 miles on it. I’ve leased this one in mid September.
Are MSDs a possiblity on this?
If you invent a time machine or live in east coast with current MSD lease
Hey guys, got a lease offer for a loaner 2017 BMW 330i.
It’s got 2k miles, MSRP is $46,840. What do you think? I think I get more off the selling price, and I don’t want $2500 down. Do corporate fleet discounts work on these used loaners?
is that glendale by any chance?
Talk to Henson Santiago he gave me that exact car for $0 cash due signing, $436 including tax 9.5%. that was with ZERO negotiation his opening email.
I decided to get an Alfa Romeo Giulia. $43k msrp for $400 monthly including tax $0 due signing, which is why i’m no longer looking at the bmw
Speak to Greg Zaccarello @ bmw portland. He ships.
It is glendale. Thanks for the tip, I will see what the come back with first, and discuss with Henson.
Great deal on the Alfa, hope you’re enjoying.
