I assume one does not has to be a member BEFORE leasing / buying a BMW and can join AFTER that to be able to benefit from the REBATES.
No you need to purchase online before taking delivery.
CCA needs to be purchased 6 months in advance now before delivery

If you really want to pursue the loaner you posted originally, the deal has to be a lot better. I leased a new 330xi (built 06/2020) from Dan. It has a higher MSRP but lower DAS + Monthly than your loaner offer. That doesn’t mean I got the best deal in the world, but it at least aligns with the broker offerings here. The best part really is that you will save a lot of time. After a few phone calls, I was in-and-out from Dan’s dealership in 2 hours, where majority of the time was spent on waiting the car to be detailed.
