BMW 3 Series - CA NorCAL - Pre owned Lease deal check & some questions

Hi everyone, I’d really appreciate any feedback. I’m working with a dealer on a pre owned 2025 BMW 330i (seems it is Coporate Fleet in CarFAX) with about 5,400 miles. I have fleet and loyalty discounts available, and the sale price is showing as $42,771.

I asked for a 36-month / 10k miles lease with 10.25% tax, and they came back with $0 due at signing and $470/month including tax (MSRP $52,650, MF 0.00145).

Does this seem like a good deal, or is there room to improve? Am I missing anything important I should be asking about?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Seems fine, but would try for bigger discount . Do you qualify for any incentives? Can also try for a 39mo term and pass on to some poor schmuck after first couple of years to save a few bucks a month.

Can you post your best attempt at a calculator?

I’m still not sure if this math is accurate. I see that the vehicle’s selling price on the site is $42,771

What’s the ballpark number I should be aiming for?

For a loaner bmw I typically aim for at LEAST 20% which is where you are now. Counter with another chunk off the sell price and see where you land.

That would be a reason to use the LH calculator….

The money factor is marked up by 0.00040 (the max amount) and the discount could be stronger. I have a lead on a 330i in SoCal that’s a little over 21% off and base money factor that I’d be happy to pass along.

iI tried plugging the numbers into a calculator to see if I could match what they quoted.
