Bmw 2023 x7 lease qoute

Hey can you guys help me see if this is good

$1625 a month would be a hard pass for me on an $88,000 vehicle. You’ll spend close to $60k on this lease.

Especially since the “deal” is applying $7,500 in equity as a down payment.

What should i do to lower it i know 1400 is shitty with the equity

Negotiate selling price, base money factor (assume they are marking this up) and remove the $925 aftermarket charge.

Take the $7500 equity In cash not rolled in or use as MSDs instead of cap cost reduction. Although BMW nerfed the weighting so makes them not really worth it anymore.

Not a whole lot. Here a few options:

  1. Reach out to one the brokers in the Marketplace. You should be able to get a discount on a custom order.
  2. If you are open to other luxury 3-row SUVs, I would recommend doing some research.
  3. Are you open purchasing a new SUV with high resale value, such as a Lexus (RX-350L or GX460)? If yes, see point #1.

It is a terrible deal. No way around it. Step away from reaching out and trying to negotiate with dealers.

What car are you trading? Why not just take the check from the dealer? $7k is a lot of $$.

@Uakilli

I can get you a 2023 X7 at 5% off MSRP plus any applicable incentives and base BMW finance rates.

My doc fees are not crazy either at $299 and there are no added protection plans or anything like that which get added.

You place an order for a custom-built one and the unit come in around 6 weeks.

Let me know if interested.

How do you know it is ‘shitty’? Have you posted a link to your calculator?

Msrp, dealer adds, likely marked up MF. Save yourself the time and effort, work with a broker.

What’s your trade and what’s it worth to the highest bidder?

I PM’d you. Looking for custom 2023 build X7M60i

Not fair on the 5%, I only got 3% 2 months ago! /s. I just got my X7M60i from HN308 and he was great. Surprised that I stumbled on this thread and HN!

@li8625

The market has changed in last 2 months, BMW decreased the MF and increased incentives as well.

The discount is now higher as inventory situation is slowly improving.

I try to get best discounts at given time and pass it on to my customers. When you got the car 3% on X7 m60 with base MF was best and now the market has changed.

On the flip side the used car market has crashed as well so the X7 that you sold would get way less than the 2% price difference so in hindsight you still come out slightly ahead as that used x7 would have been cheaper by 4-5k now easily compared to 2 months back.

Can you get a 5% discount on any units or just the ones available on the lot?

5% off on X7 orders or in-stock units.

Can you explain the breakdown? Are you a dealer?
