BMW 2020 X3M (not competition) $772 w/tax $0 DAS 0 MSD

Here is the deal I just got with my BMW dealership - they had 3 options and I went with the Phytonic Blue (electric) but they had a Toronto Red and a Graphite Grey as well.

The car is fully loaded minus the competition package with the light GREY interior.

DAS in the title says 0, in your post DAS is 1,967, and in the calc it says 2597 with 4200 MSDs (but the title says 0 MSDs). Super confusing.

Why not just go thru @nyclife or @nextlevelautobrokers
Even after their broker fee, their car has better discount than the deal you negotiated yourself.

solid point but they didn’t have the inventory and came with an MSD - tried working with them. Awesome guys!

They didn’t have unit you liked in terms of colors/options <<< is this what you meant?
I am sure they still have x3m left in NE region that they can work with.
You can decide to do or not do MSDS with any BMW lease. That is completely up to you!

Without MSD and taking into account the fact that my build is $77k - it looks to me that the difference in lease payment with his same 10% OFF MSRP is actually worse than my deal-making me feel pretty good!
