BMW 2020 Sedan 440i Msport Package $429

Hi everyone
What do you think guys is it good deal or not?

Year, Make, Model, and Trim: 2020 BMW 4 series M sport package
MSRP: $53745
Sale price : 44650
Monthly Payment: $429
Drive-Off Amount: $2500
Months:36
Annual Mileage: 10000
MF:00148
Residual: 32247
Incentives:
Region:NJ
It’s used car with 4066 mileage

Money factor is fully marked up, but the discount is aggressive. If they’re willing to give you the base money factor it’d probably be the only button left worth pushing.

17% total discount. Can you break apart dealer discount and incentives please?

Used car or loaner?

What is the breakdown of the DAS? Also, check Edmunds for the RV and MF.

17% is not terrible, does that include lease cash (that would change the story)? Do you have a breakdown or contract censored we could see?

Confirm rv (adjust for mileage) and incentives via edmunds?

I asked for 00118 mf but they said it’s only for brand new car

The marked up MF means that you are negating some of the discount you already have. We really need to see the breakdown of the discount, as 17%, if post-incentives, is not a lot for a 4K loaner.

I will post contract soon unfortunately haven’t checked the Edmunds

If this is a former loaner there should be no issue with them giving buy rate MF - that’s just BS on their end

Money factor markup is BS to get them some money back on the deal.

If it’s a gran coupe then there is $1750 of incentive baked into the number. Do you qualify for loyalty if so that’s an additional $1500.

No loyalty then check for fleet.

Sorry I’m confused a little bit . I haven’t any Bmw car last twelve months It means am I qualify for corporate lease incentives or I have to be one of Bmw partners employees?

if you work for a company that has the bmw Corp. fleet benefit (or your spouse iirc), you get the higher than conquest incentive, which replaces conquest or loyalty.

Fleet doesn’t work with either, and is higher to conquest and usually equal or less than loyalty.

OP, do your research, run the calculator and make them an offer with X payment and Y DAS. If they accept it doesn’t matter whether they use buyrate MF or marked up to get there.

One has nothing to do with the other.

Which is exactly my point because the dealer told OP that buy rate MF is only for new cars. That isn’t true.

He’s not gonna convince a dealer who always marks up the MF to make an exception for him.

Either negotiate a larger discount to compensate for it or move on
