Best value for a large pickup truck lease? April 2025

Just curious if anyone has been in the market lately for a Tundra, F150, Silverado, Ram etc and found there to be great value in particular? I will do deeper research but would welcome any recent opinions.

Tundras seem popular and have value though I rarely see anything for Silverados, Sierras, Rams etc. No deals to be had? Or are we just focused on Japanese brands thanks to our brokers?

@GCauto had a Sierra Loaner posted I think… $298/mo $1500 DAS

Pretty good though the $3k loyalty rebate makes for a big swing if you don’t qualify.

Lolol the polar opposite of a good deal for your amusement: $30k of addon trash.

At least it’s a Roush.
There’s a Fiat 500e with a 10k markup posted around here somewhere.

I’m more offended by the crooked ROUSH letters. @LAK1ngs

Putting U on the pedestal?

I think it’s missing a big red bullseye, esp given how often these units get cleaned out, day or night

Wow such great intel in this thread thanks guys

With Ford pulling back Lightning programs this month, if we are talking like a budget under $600/mo, I would be looking at Tacoma and Ridgeline, neither of which you may consider large, but it’s slim pickings. Over $600/mo you have more options. The Silverado LT Trail Boss has a 64% RV at 36/7500 and $3500 in potential rebates, combined with a one-pay to bring down the MF. Maybe you get to a LH score of 10.

I would be looking used here for value. These trucks see a bit of lot depreciation and then tend to hold value pretty well. Here is the MMR trend on a 2023 CHEVROLET 1500 SILVERADO 4WD V8 CREW CAB 5.3L LT TRAIL BOSS (MSRP mid50s to mid60s)

If you are looking for bigger then half-ton, there are some strong balloon loan options for the F250 Diesel. Also keep an eye on swap a lease for Ford Lightning takeovers.

Didn’t you just get a Silverado EV? Why you want 2 trucks?

Ram 1500 Laramie has the 0.0005 MF this month (other trims like Tradesman and Big Horn don’t seem to have it). Also seems like you’d get extra conquest with that Chevy EV you just picked up. Seems do-able to get into the low $500’s if you found the right unit.

A 1/2 ton truck is not a “large pickup” by most standards.

Just sayin’

Not for me, I like my big honkin EV. My buddy got quoted $1200 a month on an SR5 Tundra and I felt bad so I am gathering information lol

You should be talking to @Jrouleau426

Is this limited to MA?

Any time you see an outrageous price from a GM or Ford dealer in Michigan, you can assume it requires every rebate under the sun and employee.

They said this morning this vehicle is no longer available. Is this a ploy to get people to contact them so they can try to sell at a higher price?

Yes, 1000%. Michigan dealers are the embodiment of every negative stereotype in the industry
