Hello everyone I’m kinda new here. I had a few quick questions that I can’t find. I have been spending lots of time on here trying to learn! Thanks to everyone for all the info posted!
What is the best month of the year you “lease veterans” see each year for lease deals?! I’m looking to go electric possibly. My daughter is getting my car and I need a new one by about October. I could go longer if need be.
What day of the month do the lease deals come out for that month? I looked today which is the 1st but didn’t see anything.
Will the deals be good when the 2024’s come out around Septemberish? If that happens and everything is back to normal.
The obvious end of month
Or beginning
Or the mid
It happens anytime here
The best month to get a lease will be the month after you sign a lease.
It’s really hard to pin it down to a specific month because the programs will vary between brands and captives. One month might be good to find a Mercedes, the next it might be a Nissan. There’s no crystal ball to say that leases will get magically better by September.
Lately it’s been “next” month, because the deals over the last couple years are awful. Nobody has a
End of month + end of year.
Right now leasing in general is bad and has been for a long time.
Thanks everyone! I do know there is no crystal ball but wanting to make sure I’m not waiting until September October then I’m pushed to do something last minute. So if it’s a decent deal before And I take it I won’t regret it later because it’s a good time of year. So good to know it is no such thing and I’ll just keep my eyes open for a solid deal hopefully soon!
You missed it only by a day! April 31st is the best day along with February 29th. So you will have to wait another year. Thankfully it is a leap year, so you can buy on February 29th and not wait 4 more years.
you should do stand up comedy not lease hacking!
I have found that Nov / Dec Deals are usually better than October ones.
I’m afraid you’ve missed the best decade to lease, by about 3 years. Relative to today, every month back then was the best month.
Not all hope is lost, though. The same supply chain issues that destroyed the good ol’ days, those issues mean 2023s will hold their values well over time (for most brands). It’s like vintages of wine: 2023 is a good vintage.
Buy a good brand, maybe a leftover 2023 in the fall after the 24s arrive, and you’ll be all set for a while.
I did lease 4 years ago thank goodness and had a solid buy out because prices was up. That is the car I’m giving to my daughter! I appreciate it. I will more than likely hold out until fall and see what happens🤞
Junecembruarch as any good hacker knows
In Your state having sales tax on selling price (no?) will be much harder to get a good deal. But never say never LOL
