Best Lease company for sub compact SUV

Hi all, I’ve been a lurker for some time finally decided to make a profile.

Looking to lease a subcompact SUV for my wife who currently drives a 2001 hyundai elantra. We live on long island but would not mind driving to PA or NJ to get a great deal. I am interested in the Toyota CH-R, Hyundai Kona, GMC Terrain, Chevy Trax, Ford Ecosport, buick encore, and the like.

Before i begin on this journey, wanted to ask the experts of all the aforementioned companies, what leases the best? Trying to get payment below $300/mnth 36k/3yr no money down.

I am mostly interested in a vehicle that is AWD and with good automatic braking which I believe alot of the new models come standard with.

As folks are suggesting compacts often are cheaper to lease than subs.

Im starting to notice that. My wife would be happier with a larger car too. She has been driving an 17 year old hyundai and wants to finally upgrade. Thank you to everyone for the quick reponses. My next step is going to build and price each model mentioned, make a list with their prices then do more research on the forum.
