Best software to use if you are going to be penciling a lot of leases? I have heard of E-Pencil and M-Desking. Just curious what everyone is using out there.
Ideal software will have accurate data, and easy to use. I understand Leasehackr has their own calculator and Rate Findr. I am looking into that as well, but wanted to know if someone had another recommendation.
For personal use take 5-10 minutes and create in Google sheets.

You ready to pay five figures a month? Or 3 digits if you find someone willing to sell you a login breaking TOS.

Why need to pull if this is for personal reasons? Can get the data from Edmunds, LH as needed and plug in.

Hey everyone. I have worked with a few brokers in the past and enjoy spending time on this site just looking at cars and the numbers. I currently have a full time job where my average coworkers income is above 6 figures. Cars are a passion of mine and I wanted to take it to the next level.
