Best Deal i7 with Trade?

Hello!

I’m looking for some help with these deals or if anyone knows of a better offer on the forum near Louisiana that would accept my trade-in of an i5 M60 with a previous accident (which is significantly impacting its value, despite being repaired by BMW Collision). I’m specifically searching for a loaner i7, but they’re proving difficult to find locally since I need a trade so all of these deals are brand new except for the $1200 one. Alternatively, is there a way to trade in my car without having to go through the same dealer.

Are these best deals or can I do better?

Is it a lease?

Transfer out of it and forget trying to trade it in.

Yes it’s a lease. 2 years left and 32k miles left. Wasn’t sure if I would get lots of bites with a blemish on the carfax.

Worth a try vs taking a bath on trade, why should someone care, it’s not like they own the car.

Why do you need to be out of a relatively new i5 (M60 no less)?

You best bet is to try and swap it. You might have to offer an incentive due to the accident.

Just would like to capitalize on the i7 incentives right now and I’m really just liking the i7 better personally. Love the M60…

MMR on a clean 24 I5 M60 is only $61K, I think your trade offers are pretty strong.

Because you’re liable for the condition of the car when returned. Who wants to deal with proving the bodywork was done properly (been there). His best offer is $59K and his payoff is $66K. For those of us that like driving new BMWs, $7K is not a bath.

Lease trade and offer a 3.5K incentive.

Does that mean I offer the dealer 4k to soften the blow?

No. Lease trade.

And with those deals posted, is that the best I can do?

Guess I haven’t had an issue with that, and I have returned a car with body work. I would also hope (but totally understand it’s possible that it makes no difference) that a BMW CCRC should be able to guarantee the work. BMW does recognize and certify their CCRC’s, so if it’s verifiable that a CCRC did the work and they didn’t do it up to BMW standard, I think you’d have a good case for not being responsible.

I did speak with my local about this when turning in and they said I wouldn’t have any problems since I went with Certified bmw collision. I just don’t want to deal with it, if they are willing to take the car over now. Im just really curious if the deal I have listed are worth pulling the trigger or do I have more work to do?
