Here is a data point. 2021 Toyota Sienna XSE AWD 36/10 $460+tax 9MSDs $45K MSRP
More relevant to you, here is a broker offering an honda Odyssey EX-L for about 400 a month before tax and broker fee. Socal Honda Deals (December).
I’d look at marketplace section carefully. If you see a price you want there just go with one of the trusted brokers on the site. If you want to try and beat there prices it’s possible but will involve a good amount of leg work/time. Definitely don’t pay more than a broker is publicly listing a car for.
What’s your budget? The Pacifica might not be a good lease contender.

Agreed total waste of time. OP doesn’t seem to want to put the effort in to do the necessary research. Completely unrealistic expectations from the beginning. Every thread that he has started has been a dumpster fire. He should hire a broker and call it a day
If OP’s budget is $250/month, then this thread is a waste of time.
