Anything good out there now? How about the E-tron with incentives? Both my dad and I are starting to be in the market. I in the 70ish market and he is in the 60ish market. Ideally want something that won’t change body style in the next 5 years and has incentives. Cool with financing this one (complete tax write off with my new job regardless lease/finance). New body style with incentives now back on would be ideal, don’t care about gas vs electric.
What are these incentives that you speak of?

What research have you done to narrow down cars that fit this criteria?

Not especially
No guarantees. Wouldn’t matter anyway if you leased, but that limits you to something that is a new body style introduction for this model year, which means it almost certainly has zero incentives. GV70/80? ETron launched in 2019 so I can’t imagine it won’t be redesigned in 3 years, never mind 5. Lyriq is a better fit probably.
The lease payment you can write off, purchase is trickier unless you are getting a car allowance (which is still taxed as income) — you are probably looking at the Sec 179 list while dad isn’t. I’d start there.
