My $.02 as someone with no skin in the game is that exchanges like this between a business and customer (and the resolution) is incredibly important transparency because what you want to see is how people act when things don’t go exactly as they should. Kudos to both of you on resolving this.

I already left my positive review, but aside from what @28firefighter said (transparency in all things shows all sides of doing business with someone) - Ben had to deal with some dealership drama to get me my Volvo, so he can flip over all the tables he wants.

I will be out of the office and completely unavailable Sunday.

Call, emails and texts will be returned in the order they were received on Monday.

Just wanted to say that while I didn’t use Ben’s service, he was great in giving me a general idea of whether or not my targeted units would be in my range. In addition, he answered some questions I had on the leasing structure and gave me a recommendation.

In the future, I will use Ben to find a great deal. He sounds like he knows his stuff and I’d highly recommend his service.

Ben helped me get my mom a great deal on a Subaru Crosstrek in Oregon. There was no drama and he was very professional. Planning on using him again for the right situation.

I emailed this gentleman after filling out his form upfront. I simply asked if my ideal payment was possible on the model I wanted. He replied within minutes stating that it wasn’t possible. We both saved time and money. I’d recommend him.

As a month end update - I will be working through the 3rd.

I will be off from the 4th-6th, returning on the 7th.

Ben worked with me for the past two weeks searching for deals on two models I was looking for. Ben was straightforward, professional and answered my questions promptly. Ultimately he ended up securing me an offer that no other dealership would touch and closed the deal right on time during Labor Day. Now the car is sitting out front and I can’t enter my house without doing at least one double take. Thank you Ben for your hard work and would use your services again when the time comes.

Just to bump this.

Ben helped find me a lease starting back in May. I originally came to him with 3-5 sedans that I was interested in and my price range. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to get anyone in my area (Little Rock and cities within about a 6hr drive) to provide a reasonable deal on any of those cars. I really needed a vehicle so after about 6 weeks of looking with no luck, I caved and said I would be willing to accept just about anything. Although he had never worked with my local Volvo dealer, he was able to find me a decent deal on an XC60 in about 2 days. Although it’s not what I wanted, I’m happy with the vehicle. Now that I know dealers in my region are awful, I’ll anticipate a longer than normal search the next time around. I’d absolutely contact Ben for my next lease but I’d do it 3-5 months before I actually need the vehicle to give him enough time to deal with Arkansas. Thanks again, Ben!

Ben was so helpful to work with! After both of our cars flooded, we needed a new lease FAST. Ben talked with us about which models of crossovers & SUVs would fit in our budget. After test driving, we decided on a Subaru Forester. Ben tried so hard to work a deal, but they just weren’t biting since they don’t do a lot of volume in the Southeast. We switched to a Jeep Cherokee and Ben had a great deal within days ready for us to pick up when we returned from vacation. The salesperson he was working with at the dealership even remarked how Ben is a numbers wiz! He was worth every penny of his fee to not have to car shop along with dealing with the insurance company. I hope to work with him again in the future when we’re ready to get another car!

I used Ben to broker a deal for a Volvo XC 90 in South Florida. The entire process was great. Ben was very responsive and answered all my questions. I am incredibly happy with the car and I believe I got a solid deal. Not having to haggle with a dealership was worth more to me than the broker fee.

I highly recommend going this route, and will absolutely be reaching out to Ben again the next time I am in the market to lease a car! Thanks Ben!

Ben was a pleasure to deal with. He is great to talk to, very personable. We couldn’t help but chit chat in the middle of talking business because Ben is so friendly. I would highly recommend his services.
