Base BMW X3 xdrive 2017 with 7400 miles - $383 with 0 down? MSRP: 42,245

I got an offer on Base BMW X3 2017. Not sure what the MSRP is but sale price is $32000

Here is what i am offered:

$383 first month + $2800 MSD’s + disposition fees of $350 at the end of the lease. Monthly payment is $383.

What should i do? I am really interested in this and this is the lowest price i got so far but car is out of state so i have to pay $758 on top of above price for shipping it to me. I tried to negotiate but they wont drop down even a dollar on above price?

Would really appreciate a reply from experienced person here as i value their opinion a lot

MSRP is very important as the range can be 40s all the way up to the 60s. Don’t you care what options you are getting or you just want any X3?

Sorry it is just base model with no options at all. So about 40k MSRP you can say. Lease is for 36 month /12k miles.

Doesn’t sound that great, especially being a base and demo with so many miles. Base model BMWs come with nothing. Unless you just want to be seen driving a BMW for the name brand, I wouldn’t get this.

lol "Just want to be seen driving bmw"
that is part of it… lol… never had a bmw and thought this was great deal. How do you guys make great deals man i tried reading a lot here daily but cannot seem to make any deals

@Jon : I got the MSRP it is $42,245. What you think is it worth it now?

Its a pretty solid deal, its not a world beater but if you like the car go for it.

Seems pretty high to me, how many miles? Ask them to lease it as new and pay for a 36/15 lease.

7400 miles. What you mean by pay for 36/15 lease? They are leasing it as new?

I mean to offset the 7400 miles pay for a 36 month 15k miles lease and your resultant mileage would be 12,500 a year, with the figures provided I have come up with a lease payment considerably lower than the payment provided,

I think i kinda got what you meant took me some time to understand you
Let me ask him if he will willing to do that. You think he will go for it? Should i just ask him straight away?

I may be wrong but given the
MF of 0.00140
and Residual Value of 36/15 of 61%, this is the payment I get. Keep in mind that I am taking that the 12,500 miles a year is enough for your lifestyle
NOTE: doesn’t include the shipping

This is the mail i got when i told him about doing 15k miles:

The vehicle is getting sold to you as new. We can’t ignore the mileage on it, and sell it to you stating it has none, unfortunately. There is a mileage penalty for anything over 500 on the odometer. Plus with BMW’s new residual deductions for mileage over 5000, we’re stuck where we are.

"I mean to offset the 7400 miles pay for a 36 month 15k miles lease and your resultant mileage would be 12,500 a year, with the figures provided I have come up with a lease payment considerably lower than the payment provided,"
This is not allowed by BMW.

This is all true, not BS.

My Bad, when I purchased my car that’s what they did. It had 500 miles.

Having done it before, I would NEVER AGAIN buy a base luxury car again. Only exception might be a sports car that you can really drive hard…like a manual Porsche. However, I live in LA where my average speed (checked on car computer over 100K miles in different cars) hovers around 18 MPH…and I get speeding tickets!

Not having features that are found on moderately equipped Kia’s and Honda’s gets annoying really fast

I agree. Driving a stripper BMW gets old, FAST. Unless you’re hooning a manual around town then I wouldn’t grab it otherwise. There are some cars BMW makes and I ask why?..but then I remember $$$$$…

Yeah, unlike driving stripper F-Type, right?

lol… two very different animals here mate- but you already know that
