I’ll save my empathy for people that deserve it. I’m empathetic when people get in leases they shouldn’t, and I’ve done plenty of helping in that area here and other places. I’m not going to make excuses for someone who turns in a car that is literally a pile of trash, and fails to even go through the effort of doing basic maintenance.
