Leased a BMW X5 through Sam last month, and the entire out-of-state lease process was exceptionally smooth. He has access to an extensive inventory and provided extremely fast, clear responses to all my inquiries. When the shipping fee unexpectedly increased, he kept his word and honored his original quote without hesitation. From car selection and paperwork to final home delivery, everything was completed efficiently within a month. I’ve bought my last four cars through Autopia, most recently a BMW X3 with everything I wanted. Autopia has a great selection of cars and brands and lets you compare different financing options without having to go to a dealership. I’ve worked with Sam on each purchase, and he’s always been quick to respond, easy to work with, and helpful from start to finish. Every purchase has gone smoothly, and I’ve never felt the pressure that often comes with buying a car. After four cars, I would definitely recommend Sam and Autopia. When it’s time for my next vehicle, I’ll be reaching out to Sam again.

If you have Amazon Prime, I promise you Autopia beats their shipping time and delivery. First off, their new platform is extremely easy to use. We had a small hiccup, where the vehicle I originally selected was actually in transit/build mode, but Sam quickly found me a replacement of the same specs that was due a lot sooner. I ended up going with something different. I texted Sam on the morning of July 31 which vehicle I was going with. the vehicle was delivered to my driveway the afternoon of August 1. I’m still in shock at how easy and communicative they were. They honestly held my hand through the entire process. Even when using their platform to calculate my desired payment was spot on. I don’t think I’ll go another route when buying another vehicle. Thank you Sam and Youn. Hope to work with you guys again soon!

Just got my third lease from Autopia and as usual Sam was responsive, transparent, and on top of everything throughout the whole process.
What was new this time around was the website. Sleek and easy to navigate with real time inventory made picking the specs I wanted a breeze. Comprehensive lease breakdown with easy adjustments for rebates, mileage, term, and MSDs was awesome and final contract numbers matched exactly. Highly recommended for everyone in their area and watch out once they are available Nationwide!

Flawless PNW out of state buying experience with Sam at Autopia.
Ordered custom build MB GLE 450e in March for delivery in June. Pricing was fair, upfront and as promised at signing.
Sam provides exceptional customer service and is always reachable and responsive via call or text. He is dialed in on the intracacies of each deal and proactively communicates status or issues.

this is my second time working with Autopia! Sam got me an incredible deal on my Mercedes EQS a few years ago and this second time with a Mercedes GLE was so much easier because they now have the Autopia online system which takes all the guesswork out of everything. No more looking at Excel spreadsheets or waiting for someone to text you back. Everything is searchable with all the features and models, you can easily see what the best deals are right away and find the exact car with spec you want easily within seconds. The deal is completely broken down with total transparency with due at drive offs, rebates, discounts off MSRP, money factor all disclosed. Nothing hidden and no shadiness. I am in AWE at how simple, smooth and fun the process of buying my first car here in LA was with Sam and Autopia. Having just moved to LA from NYC, the need for a car was DESPERATE – I spoke to Sam for the first time on a Monday where he walked me through the site – sleek and easy to use, like shopping on Revolve LOL! The next day I ordered the car, and within 24 hours it arrived at my doorstep… my Mercedes came faster than my Amazon Prime order. Big shoutout to Sam @autopia. He helped us with our last lease, and we had such a good experience that we’re working with him again right now on our second one.
Sam is seriously one of the best. Super responsive, patient, and always willing to help, even after we’ve probably asked him 100 questions and changed directions a few times. He really knows the industry, the different brands, programs and incentives, and is always upfront about the numbers.
Autopia also recently launched Autopia.com, which is honestly a game changer. You can browse cars, including options and see the actual numbers, rebates, and incentives upfront. No guessing and no wondering how they got to a payment. It makes the whole process so much easier. This is not an advertisement lol go check it out!
The biggest thing for me is how hard Sam works for his clients. He’s genuinely wants to help you find the right deal. He’s knowledgeable, responsive, and has a good taste in cars himself.

Ordered a BMW iX lease after my local dealer wanted $1300 a month (lol… And then later said all allocations were gone nationwide), Sam got it down to a much more reasonable $800 (WA).
Super communicative at all hours. Car was shipped to WA from CA, some minor out of state issues that he sorted out rapidly.
Everything went smoothly, when my other car was totalled I ordered an X3 from him as well, this time for local pick up in LA.
Also went smoothly. Will be recommending to all my friends and coworkers, some of them were a bit surprised at the discounts available.

Following up on our recent review. Today we officially received the car.
Throughout the whole process of finding the right one, especially since we were looking for a specific color and certain packages, Sam kept us updated the entire time and was ultimately able to find us exactly what we wanted. Once we decided on the car, everything moved incredibly fast and the process was super easy.
While Sam was searching, I was also constantly checking Autopia.com for other options in case we couldn’t find the exact combination we wanted. The website seriously makes it so easy to check inventory, see what rebates and incentives are available, and most importantly, see transparent pricing without having to play the usual dealership games.
Car leasing has never been this easy for us. The whole experience was great from beginning to end.
