Sam did right by me. Deal got tough at the end, and he made it happen within a couple bucks ($2-$3 not $20-$40). Some deals get hairy, and some get nasty but I trust that Sam will shepherd you through and get you there at what he quote’d you at. Great broker. Be honest with Sam and Sam will be honest with you. Sam did a great job working with me as we discussed a few options - he was patient and transparent though the entire process. As I was coming off of another lease and had a short fuse, he and I discussed timing and made a commitment to have something in my driveway in the time I needed it. The great thing is that although there were some transportation delays, he kept his word and funded a rental car for me until mine arrived - no drama, no hassle, no explanations; he just asked where he should send the money. 
This was a smooth transaction and he was very responsive via email and text throughout the process - I don’t have any issue recommending him to the community.

This was my second time working with Sam and I can’t recommend it enough! Both times, he’s been VERY patient with my questions and indecisiveness, as well as totally transparent about costs and the market, and has helped me figure out what to do with my previous car (hugely helpful). Next time I lease, I’ll 10000% text Sam again.

Worked with Sam from Autopia. He was fast to respond, truthful with his timelines, upfront with all the pricing. He guaranteed that I’d receive my BMW m440i in a few weeks, while BMW was quoting me 3-4 months. The best thing about him is that he’s patient, never felt like an aggressive sales job, but in turn - always was quick to respond to any and all my questions. He took his time to make sure it was right, and I love my new car. 10 out 10 will work with him when this lease is up in 3 years.

I’ve worked with Sam on two different deals and both have made me a customer for life. The first was an unbelievably priced lease on a BMW 430i in 2019 prior to the crazy market that we’re dealing with right now. Sam made that BMW lease process seamless, it was almost too easy with just a few texts back & forth, electronically signed paperwork, and the car delivered in person to me without any of the dealer BS that most have to deal with. I loved that BMW (honestly, the deal that Sam got me played a large part in that) and I knew Sam would be the first person I’d contact when we were looking for our next car.
Fast forward 3 years and Sam out-delivered on his promises yet again. We gave him the nearly impossible mission of finding an Ioniq 5 Limited in Gravity Gold Matte. With how insane the EV market has been with ridiculous mark ups and acute shortages across the country (e.g., BS dealers trying to charge $10-15K above MSRP), we weren’t sure whether we could even close on a car this year. When we told Sam that we absolutely needed a car before end of year, he went to work and called 60+ dealerships nationwide to hunt down the exact car we wanted. Ultimately, we had the car in our hands 4 days after getting Sam’s text “I think I found one”; he even was able to get the car delivered from SoCal to NorCal using his own network. That is the definition of being customer-obsessed.
Sam exemplifies what the dealer experience SHOULD be. Always looking out for your best interest, easy to work with, available to chat anytime, super transparent, and extremely knowledgeable (most people struggle with lease/purchase contracts and worry whether the dealer is trying to pull a fast one on them…with Sam, I can trust him to crunch the numbers on my behalf and keep the dealer honest). He’s also incredibly well connected in the industry and can fact check any BS that a dealer may be giving you and look up the latest lease/financing key metrics by talking with his connections across dealers and manufacturers.
All this to say, I’ll never buy directly from a dealership again. Sam is my go-to-guy with anything car related, he truly has a customer for life.

Sam from Autopia is the best! It’s the second time he helps us find a car. In 2021, he got us an incredible lease deal on an X3e that was so good a dealership that was nagging us didn’t even believe it.
This time, we needed a second car and Sam as always was a huge help in navigating this crazy market. He managed to do the impossible and secure us a Palisade that was not marked up and sold at MRSP (in fact, slightly under) by using his network and knowledge about the market. He went above and beyond to help us.
We would recommend buying through Sam to anyone and you’ll be sure to get the best possible deal (lease or purchase).

After a few failed attempts trying to find a BMW with everything I wanted, super happy I found Sam. Ended up finding a 330i scheduled for production I could customize exactly how I wanted without getting random features, which is more than I could ask for Even shipped the car from SoCal to NorCal for free!

Would definitely recommend Sam and his services. He’s amazing. I leased my second BMW 530e with him. Just like the first time, he provided me with a great experience as well as tried to get me the best deal possible with the current inventory shortage for plug-in hybrids.
He always makes himself available for his customers no matter what time of the day. I wanted the car by the New Year and somehow he pulled the strings and got it done. He exemplifies what the car buying/leasing experience should be and is so easy to work with.

I worked with Rod a few years ago and he got me an amazing deal on a Volkswagen Tiguan S in NorCal. Process was very seamless and the paperwork was ready when I got to the dealership. I was able to get in and out in about 30 minutes which is amazing.
Now that that lease is up, I’ll definitely be back to working with the team at Autotopia for my next lease.

Sam from Autopia is awesome! It is my first time to use Leasehackr. Sam got an incredible finanace deal on 330e and finance rates as well and car get delivered within 45 days. There is a small issue for the car and Sam also helps to contact Dealer and get compensation for me. That impressed me a lot!

Absolutely amazing experience with Chris and Sam at Autopia! From my first conversation to the last they have been super accommodating, very knowledgeable and were able to get the best deal possible. This is my first car and they have made it a very special experience with getting me the exact car I wanted and a great turnaround time too. Another 5 star review for Sam at Autopia. This is the 2nd time I worked with Sam and, just like the first time, it was a perfect experience.
I just leased a 2023 BMW 330e. Sam found me the exact specs I was looking for and for a much lower price that I could ever get at the dealership.
He was super responsive, answered all my questions and walked me through every step of the process. He even arranged for the car to be delivered to my home and for my old lease to be picked up.
Paperwork took literally 5 minutes and all $ numbers matched to the penny what was pre-agreed.

This is my 4th vehicle that I got through Sam. As always, he prompt communication and patience throughout the process sets him apart with any other dealer and broker that I have dealt with. Sam first helped me secure an allocation for a 23 M3 Competition within a day or two. After a month or so I decided I wanted to go with a manual instead. Sam worked his magic and was able to secure me an allocation and my vehicle arrived a few weeks ago. He even arranged for closed transport to my home.
I will recommend Sam to anyone who is search for a new vehicle.
