Iāve now leased 2 cars from the team at Autocompanion and both experiences have been wonderful. Not to mention theyāve connected me with a shipping company that have used many many times.

I have mixed feelings about my experience with AutoCompanion as a first-time lessee.
About eight months ago, my initial communication was with (Ashleigh?) regarding BMW leases. She was extremely responsive, often getting back to me within an hour. However, I later found out that sheās no longer with the company.
Fast forward to more recently, I leased a 2024 Ioniq 5, and the communication process was frustrating. I had to email and text multiple times to get a response, and what could have been a quick transaction took over two weeks just to hear from someone to begin making a deal, then another 2 weeks just to pay the broker fee. When I finally got to the dealer, the amount I was quoted by the broker was off by a few hundred dollars, partly due to a dealer paperwork fee of $800, which I wasnāt expecting. On a positive note, the shipper referral was excellent ā quick, efficient, and reasonably priced.
A few months later, weāre now ready to lease a second Ioniq 5, and I submitted my form about two weeks ago. Unfortunately, I havenāt received any response since then, which has been really disappointing. At this point, Iām considering other brokers.
Iām not sure if AutoCompanion has brokers dedicated to specific brands or if there are other factors at play, but overall, the lack of communication has been discouraging. I have often wondered if maybe my expectations are too high, but then I remember I am buying/leasing a vehicle that costs several thousand dollars. As a customer, it leaves me feeling like there isnāt much priority given to my requests.

This review is long overdue, but better late than never. We used AutoCompanion/Armando to lease an Ioniq 5 at the beginning of the year and were extremely happy with his services and how it turned out. This was our first time using a broker, or even leasing a car from a dealer that wasnāt local. Armando was extremely patient and answered what must have been a couple dozen questions. Our first inquiry was a few days before Christmas and the final paperwork was signed a few days after the new year. We are very appreciative that he was willing to work so hard during the holidays to help get the deal done and get the December incentives locked in. I would 100% recommend AutoCompanion to anyone looking to lease a car.

Just leased 2024 Loaner xc90 Ultimate with suspension with AutoCompanion. Overall great experience finding the right vehicle at the best price. Ended up having to ship to NJ from MD but the MSRP discount was well worth it.

Great experience dealing with @AutoCompanion! I have been hesitant to get another vehicle due to not driving much and traveling a lot but these guys are great! I harassed them for months looking at different vehicles and they were as professional as they come. Definitely recommend them!

I had an excellent experience with AutoCompanion, working with Alex. After contacting several dealers for a 2024 MB C300 4MATIC demo, getting the sales spiel of āCome into the dealership to talk numbers.ā, and getting none to budge off their MSRP, I was done wasting time.
Reached out via their webform on a Friday and got a text from Alex Monday morning asking what I was looking for. She searched and found exactly what I was looking for in a day, with a huge discount off MSRP (I mean ridiculously huge). I was still texting back and forth with Alex looking at options at 10pm on Monday, so Iād say pretty damn responsive in my experience. Agreed on a beautiful 2024 MB C300 4Matic, AMG Line, Pinnacle Trim, Selenite Gray, Sienna Brown interior - it was exactly what I was looking for.
Alex sent the links over on Christmas eve morning to start the process. Signed, sent back insurance proof, license pic, and sent the agreed upon fee - that included shipping the car to me as well. I literally spent a week and a half dicking around with dealerships, basically saying āTake my money, just give me a discount off MSRPā - time wasted Iāll never get back, lesson learned.
I donāt waste peoples time and I prefer they not waste mine. When Iām ready to buy something (or lease) - I commit and get it done. I could see potential customers wasting the lease brokers time, forever going back and forth. That wasnāt meā¦I knew exactly what I wanted, I was ready to lease immediately, and I didnāt drag my feet responding to texts/emails or getting the required documents back. In return, AutoCompanion saved me a shit-ton of money on a lease and most importantly, saved me valuable time. Thanks Alex! AutoCompanion definitely has a repeat customer in the future!

We had a wonderful experience working with Autocompanion. Got us the 2024 s580 we wanted, never had to step foot in the dealership. They arranged all the paperwork and the car was delivered to our door within a couple of days. Easy, simple and very pleasant dealing with Autocompanion. Looking forward to working with you again!

I canāt say enough good things about the AutoCompanion team. Iāve used them for multiple vehicles - each time, theyāve provided me with a great experience and helped me secure the vehicle that I want while meeting my budget. Just took delivery of the 2024 Sierra Denali they helped me with a little while ago. Couldnāt be happier!
