Yes the $7500 pass through as of right now for Audi FS leases.
CORRECTION - AUDI FS IS NO LONGER PROVIDING EV TAX CREDITS AS OF TODAY’S BILL SIGNING BY BIDEN

Is that true? If you put a deposit down for a Q4e in Feb 2022, will they not honor the tax credit even though it is still not available?

Information is still being released and confirmed, however my understanding is they may still allow you to claim if the vehicle is delivered before 12/31/22 and with written proof of sale prior to today. What I am not sure of is if this will only work for personally claiming the benefit on your personal taxes or if it will still pass through with that. I have an E-Tron S on order myself so I am equally interested in confirming this!
