Yes - for reference i submitted an order in July and mine is already built. Granted - it has to get to the dealer, but it seems like an average ~3 months is fairly realistic. Mine is an Overland build with advanced tech

On another note - the good news is that the 12% on PHEVs is only valid till 8/31 and after that the SoCal post will go away.
I truly donāt think people (although some have) how crazy of a deal it is, but thatās just the LH crowd. So, Mr. Bond @JamesBond, hang in there for 7 more days and the fun is over, I think weāve beat the horse to death.

Not only is this a great deal on the Pacifica in terms of discount, but it will allow people ( who may not be eligible come 1/1/23) to capture the 7500 tax credit.

Everyone is currently getting the 7500 credit this year if leasing via Chrysler or purchasingā¦
Donāt worry, you are bring a really good deal! I am just saying people should do the numbers and compare apples to apples and your deal is still winning.

The car is still yours, and you can back out. However, as we mentioned before - weāre not liable if the $7500 EV rebate goes away after 12/31

UPDATE - PHEV EXTENSION DETAILS FOR THOSE WHO MISSED IT
We made an announcement yesterday afternoon regarding our PHEV sale for the wrangler 4xe, GC 4xe, and pacifica phev (link below). On a 61k msrp (not this rubi) net cost is about 51200 so it would seem on a lower msrp unit this is still flippable.
Yep although nothing is guaranteed - more so important to point out that there is a decent possibility that when it comes time to sell youāre either in a net positive position or at a break even position. Should be seen as a cherry on top, not the reason to lease one.
Low payment relative to MSRP and some other comparable vehicles on the market right now. Makes it a good total cost of ownership and lease candidate. All electric range to save on gas too.
