Leased my second Mazda (CX-70 Prem Plus) from ALN. I was going to try and go it alone, but after reaching out to the first dealer and getting a price I realized I did not have the patience.

This was my first time leasing through a broker, and I have a mixed feelings. Although I am extremely grateful and happy that ALN was able to get me the quoted price even though my credit was below the tier criteria, the process left me underwhelmed.

There was a lack of communication from the broker assigned to me. It felt as if I was the one pushing the deal through, questions were left unanswered, there weren’t any follow-up emails or calls to confirm after payments or documentation was sent in. And it’s been 3 business days since my deal was completed, and I haven’t received a call or an email asking how the process went with the dealer.

I understand the broker fee primarily goes to getting a great deal on the car, but part of me was expecting great customer service and attention. Maybe it was due to poor timing due to hurricanes here in Florida, but I would’ve appreciated some communication if that was the case.

Ultimately, I did get the car I want for the price I wanted, so in the future I’m open to working with ALN again. I’ll just hope for better customer service next time around.

Made an inquiry on their site after hours. The very next day, Garrett from Autoninjas reached out to us. He provided a competitive quote and subsequently, matched the numbers given by a different brojker. He located the exact spec that we were looking for in a short period of time.

However, car dealership was located in CT and we couldn’t travel that far because of health reasons. Garrett patiently waited for us to try and work through our constraints and never once pressured us. He was kind and courteous throughout the process.

We have not been able to complete the transaction because the dealership was too far from us.

However, we want to express our gratitude to Garrett and Auto Ninjas for trying to help us to the best of their ability.

I do believe a little bit of this may be attributed to the inherent difference in process and experience from using a third party broker vs a local dealer, however we value our client feedback tremendously and do not want to provide just another broker experience, especially as we look to become a national household name. Communication is everything.

It looks like we received payment and your docs on Tuesday and you took delivery that Saturday, this isn’t an incredibly abnormal timeline for a deal when working with a broker service however I did review the communications and I absolutely agree there were lapses where our team could have been more vocal with updates throughout the process. While this doesn’t help today, I do want to share that we are also a tech company and have an in-house team of developers, currently we are under development of a brand new dealer-client deal portal that we are confident will help add consistency to our customer experience. One of the largest challenges as a broker is managing the wildly varying preferences and processes each of our many dealer partners has while still providing a consistent experience to our clients. There will of course be early versions and enhancements to come, but ultimately we plan to give customers the ability to access their deal, see what part of the process it is in, review all the details of their deal and even (most likely a later feature) have a direct 3-party chat feature for open communication between us, our client and our dealer. This will come with reminders, validators and other assistants to help make sure deals are moving along in process but also that all parties are being updated along the way.

It’s very exciting and something rarely seen in this space. We have been blessed with growth, we have doubled our workforce in the past year, this is the next step to really make a big impact on our process efficiency and customer experience. I know this doesn’t make up for your most recent and first experience with us, but I want to share with you that your feedback and other customer feedback is not only listened to, but acted upon. We hope to have everything a bit more polished for you and to earn a second opportunity to work with you in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, despite not actually finalizing a purchasing with us. We have recently made some positive staff changes that we feel will help us expand our network to fill in some of the geographical gaps in our dealer network - hopefully soon we can work together and source you something a bit more local to you. We also may have paid transport options as well available, not all of our dealers support that option but many do.

I’m very happy to hear Garrett has given you such a positive experience, we value the customer experience for all customers, whether its just an inquiry and we never proceed, or a customer that has gone through the entire process. Thank you. Garrett did offer a very competitive shipping option to us. However, I wanted to look the car over before taking delivery. I enjoyed working with Garrett and Auto Ninjas and if you can find me a deal in NJ / PA or upstate NY (away from traffic), I’d be interested in signing right away!

I’d like to give a BIG SHOUT OUT TO GARRETT!!!
I made an inquiry in the pre-negotiated deals in the northeast section about a Volvo XC90 Recharge that was listed. Shortly thereafter I was contacted by Garrett from Auto Ninjas and from that point on the process was seamless and painless.

I was fortunate to get an amazing lease deal on a 2025 Volvo XC90 Recharge T8 Plus AWD (Plug-in-Hybrid). A beautiful Denim Blue exterior with a Blonde interior with a couple of nice upgrades to include a wheel package. I chose to do 24 months and 10,000 miles. I took advantage of the Volvo Loyalty.

Garrett is outstanding! He was extremely patient with me, which can be overwhelming to most because I ask a lot of questions. Garrett didn’t mind at all, and not only did he answer all of my questions, but he made himself available no matter when I called or texted. Garrett is reliable, knowledgeable, honest, and very personable. I’m extremely thankful for Garrett’s help.

I’ll keep it short and nice. They might take time looking for what you want “specifically”, but they’ll do their thing. You might take longer waiting in the dealership, than them finding the car that you want. It was an easy and smooth process. A big thanks to Nathan!

I’ve purchased from brokers before, but had a really good experience with Garrett on my new 2025 XC90 T8 Ultra. We had a couple false starts on color scheme and trim, but Garrett ensured I was taken care of with an additional discount due to the issue.

In the end, Garrett connected me with a great dealer, knowing I had specific time constraints and made sure the deal went through in a timely manner. I was particularly impressed that my vehicle was delivered to by door by a terrific shipping company within 24 hours. The delivery was perfectly seamless.

If I’m in the market for a Volvo again (…and I certainly will as this is my 4th in 4 years), I’ll contact Garrett and AutoNinjas first. THANK YOU!!

This was my first time using a broker, and I was a little skeptical, because the numbers being quoted by them were significantly better than what dealerships were offering me, or even those “lease specials” listed on the manufacturer website that never turn out to be real when you talk to a dealer.

But Nick clearly communicated the process and made everything as simple as possible, so I took the dive; I’m glad I did. I’m leasing a brand new Mazda CX-70 PHEV Premium Plus for about half of what dealers were offering me for the Premium trim.

I just leased a Lexus thru Garrett! It was such an easy / pain free / fast process. I filled out the paperwork end of day Tues and picked up the car Wednesday night. He told me what to do every step of the way and had great communication. Everything was straight forward! No BS like when I went to the local dealer (dealt with semi rude salesperson). I highly recommend Garrett and autoninjas!
