First time utilizing a broker from the LH community. Auto Ninjas made the process very easy and was very communicative through out the process. Jed reached out to me at the beginning of the process to see if I had any questions. When I was ready to move forward I reached out to Jed and Thomas and by the end of the day I was able to get my production number for my new BMW X3 m40i.
The process of the delivery was great as well and it was a close by dealership which was one of my requirements. I will recommend Auto Ninjas for anyone looking to get a new lease. I will return to them for my next car.

Had a fantastic experience with Jed from Auto Ninjas on my new Audi Q5. Initially was looking at a 2024 BMW X3, but when that didn’t work out, ended up getting quoted on a 2024 Q5. The communication was excellent and very professional. Any questions/concerns I had were answered quickly. The final numbers provided were exactly what I paid at the dealership, to the dollar. The District Green Metallic and black optic package combo just pops, especially in the sun. Thanks again Auto Ninjas!

Update to this post:
My car which was the TPP Model of the Mazda 3, did not come with the SD Navigation, which it should have… I searched the car, found nothing in it.
I was told after a few weeks it was stapled to the dealers folder. I could see something was stapled too it, but nothing was there.
The car was delivered, maybe it was lost during delivery.
Anyways, the lack of communication has been extremely annoying. I got the car October 7th, and mentioned something about this October 17th. I still don’t have the SD card. I was told it was being ordered November 2nd. I have no updates.
I’ll keep everyone in the loop.

I expect that I will not get the SD Card, and it was suppose to be included,since it was included both in the model and the sticker.
The biggest issue here is the lack of communication… It is extremely frustrating, and I feel like I am getting ghosted. I just want my SD Card and I don’t want to be nuisance.
Just wanted to shout-out Jed, and his team! Inquired about the cheap Mini Cooper EV lease he was doing for NYC/CT and Jed got me the perfect spec Mini within days, there was a longer than anticipated waiting time getting the car but that is not Jed or the dealers fault, BMW/Mini was taking forever to leave the port.
Thanks again Jed, can’t wait to hit you up early Q2/Q3 of 2024 for my next toy

Awesome collection - love the dually
Lol…I looked for this leftover ‘22 dually for 6 months. Wanted white, 4x4, 8’ bed, Air Suspension, and Limited or Limited Longhorn Trim.
Finally found, the specs I wanted at a price I could live with. Had to go to TX in Oct to pick it up and drive back. Can’t ship the dually as easily as that 4xE.

We just received our 2024 BMW X3 and working with Jed was a pleasure. He was incredibly responsive, efficient and got us significantly better value than multiple dealers and broker. Highly recommend Jed, Thomas for those looking for a car. I’ll be using them again.

I wanted to say thanks to Alberto (and Matt who was responsive when I first reached out via DM due to a delay in receiving an offer for my lease) who was very prompt and transparent with his communication regarding my lease buyout.
From initially receiving an offer to signing paperwork, inspection, pickup, and my lease account with BMW being closed out, was two weeks total. I would say that’s pretty good considering it was also the holidays and coincided with Xmas. However, I was also very prompt in my responses and there was a slight issue with the transport company who didn’t contact me to schedule the pickup (and I had to follow up with Alberto and the transport company), so YMMV when it comes how quickly things will progress.
Overall, I would not hesitate to use this service again. With BMW allowing lease buyouts only through their own dealership network, this was pretty seamless from start to finish, so thanks to Alberto and the team for taking care of me and getting me some equity to boot.
