I really appreciate Vanessa and Auto Diplomat for their business. Got my Porsche Macan from them yesterday. It all started as usual, I was passively looking through posts here at marketplace since I still have ~1 month in my current BMW lease. And have noticed a great deal for ex-loaner Macans. Actually the deal was so good that I didn’t do any further research and just dropped them a message. Within few messages and calls we have confirmed a car that fit my expectations in terms of options and color. It literally a fully stocked one with the central console full of buttons and switches. It only lacks air suspension and chrono package. And now I’m a happy owner of a Porsche.

Few things worth to mention:

It only took maybe two days to decide on the car, all in all Auto Diplomat and their managers were very responsive. I got photos, windows stickers, mileage and all the data requested.
I got a car within a week. But! I could literally get it on the same day, my work schedule didn’t allow me to get to a dealership within business week, so I got it on Sunday! Auto Diplomat were working with me on their long weekend! Amazing! TY!
I spend maybe two hours max at dealership. It only took me around 20mins for all paperwork. This is my best and shortest delearship experience ever. However, I have to say, that Porsche dealerships is part of the process. And next time I’d plan a whole day for a dealership. Just because no one was trying to upsell me. We were talking, laughing, drinking coffee, discussing cars, etc. I’m so happy that I’m part of this family now.
I already drove ~500miles in my Macan and it is super smooth, nimble and fun car to ride. I put it on stiff PASM settings, sport mode, auto stop off and overall consumption including city traffic and mountain windy roads is about ~21 for me. Which is the same as I can squeeze from my BMW with one caveat - it is constantly in ECO mode. The enjoyment can’t be compared. I forgot when I last drove BMW in sport because I just don’t like how transmission works in that mode.

the only cons are (they’re not really):

I wish my next car a 911 now But i know with whom I’ll be dealing to get one.
Spend more time at dealership. But seriously, you don’t go to Porsche every day. And this is just a different world. Everyone is kind and it’s just pleasant to be there.

To sum up. Above is my honest and a little bit overexcited review. I got a perfect ride from Vanessa and Auto Diplomat. There are no hidden fees or other shady stuff. Super smooth experience.
Will return for my next rides!

Vanessa and team helped us get a crazy good deal on a GLE53. She was upfront with her fees, the terms of the deal and was very responsive. I couldn’t have asked for better service and a better outcome. Do no hesitate to go with team Vanessa and AutoDiplomat. Much appreciated.
