I am looking to get into a lease of an SQ5

So far I got a deal that I don’t have a breakdown yet, but it’s
MSRP of 60,200
550/month taxes included after putting down 6k, that’s after I hung up on the offer of 638/month of same car with same 6k.

Hang up again. Actually, ask them for a deal sheet showing the breakdown (residual, MF, dealer discount, any extra fees, etc.) and post it here
