Hello
I’m looking for a reliable service center for a used Audi that is still under warranty.
The majority of the reviews I have read for Audi New Rochelle, Audi Hawthorne and Audi Nyack are mostly negative.
Should I go to New Jersey? Or does anyone in the WESTCHESTER NY area have any suggestions?

In general, Audi dealers suck. Not sure why that’s still true at this point in time, but alas.
My experience at Audi New Rochelle was relatively good. As good as one can expect with Audi. Haven’t been to the others in Westchester/Rockland.
Jack Daniels Audi of Upper Saddle River, Audi Great Neck/Biener Audi and Audi Meadowlands were relatively good. Not awesome by any stretch. They have a long way to go.

Went to Audi New Rochelle.
Wasn’t bad but no actual work was needed.
Just to do a recall.
Will see what they are like when I have a real problem.
I remember this specifically about Audi Hawthorne, when I had recall work that needed to be done they said that it would take 12 months to order the part and that I should go somewhere else to get it done. The recall work was a brake line replacement and flush. I live about 5 minutes away from them, so they were the first place I called. For maintenance service, Audi Nyack and Hawthorne refused to give me a loaner car because I did not purchase the car there.
From my experience, Audi New Rochelle dropped off a loaner and picked my car up for the recall work and maintenance.
Recently, I had my state inspection done at Audi Hawthorne since they’re so close and they were telling me not to go to New Rochelle anymore.
