Is this a 2020 or 2019 model? What is the MSRP? What is the sale price before any incentives? Are you paying any fees at signing? Have you checked Edmunds to confirm RV and MF? Put your numbers in the LH calculator for quicker feedback.
I would suggest reading leasing 101 for a better understanding how leasing works, and why putting money down on a lease is a bad idea.
$600ish per month on an S3 doesn’t look amazing, but you’ll want the info @Bluemkn57cars mentioned to actually determine that.
