Audi Q4 etron deal check

Just got some ball park quote from a dealer for 2024 Q4 etron 55 premium.

MSRP - $61755
24- month lease with 10kmile/year
DAS - $2000
Monthly payment $450

I know it is rough quote/estimate, but just want to get some opinions from the hackers to see if this will be a good deal. What should I aim for as of negotiation as I scheduled a test drive later this week. For 24-month 10k miles/year, is it possible to get the monthly down to ~$400?

Have you used search function on this site as many many Audi deals/brokers here?

Also, just find/use/pay a broker if you can’t calculate your own lease/DAS.
