That MF is a killer
I have experience where if the MF is handwritten on the sheet, it is a lie.
Have you looked at the deals other people have negotiated on here? If not, you should, as it will help you understand what a good deal looks good (your deal isn’t good). You should also never let the dealer give you a quote. Instead, go to them with the deal you want.
Discount is 5.9%. I’m not following this vehicle at all, but there should be recent comps in Marketplace / Shared Deals and/or Signed! to give you guidance on how reasonable this is.
What is the incentive breakdown? Are you a member of Costco or Pentagram Federal?
Is that buy rate?
Is $799 the prevailing doc fee in your market/adjacent markets?
