Audi / Mercedes / Porsche EV SUV Lease Advice in SoCal

Hi, I’m located in SoCal and have been trying to get local Audi, Mercedes, and Porsche dealers to agree to competitive lease terms for a 2024 or 2025 electric SUV with no success. I’m hoping to find a broker that could help me close a deal in the area. I’ve reached out to a number of brokers in the marketplace here but haven’t been able to find the right combination of terms and vehicle. I’m looking for a 10K miles/year lease for 24 or 36 months. I’m looking to be at or below $699/month including tax, with no more than $6K total drive-off including all taxes/fees.

For Audi, I’ve been looking for a 2024 Q8 Etron Prestige trim (grey or black color).

For Mercedes, I’ve been looking for a 2024 EQE AMG SUV or EQS 450 SUV (not white color) with the hyperscreen.

For Porsche, I’ve been looking for a 2024 or 2025 Macan EV (not white or purple color).

If anyone has any tips or broker recommendations, I’d appreciate it! Thanks so much.

When you’ve reached out to the brokers, what has their response been?

So far, just difficulty finding one of these vehicles currently available for the terms I’m seeking. Some say my desired terms are too low for the vehicle, others don’t have the specific vehicle. I’m currently in touch with a few who I’m still trying to find something with.

Are your desired terms realistic? Doesn’t sound like it when both dealers and brokers telling the same thing.

Trying to find that out! Thought maybe some brokers might chime in here, too.

If

and

then I think you have the answer about whether your goals are realistic at this time (esp since I think the Macan EV just came out, no?).

There are 2024 model year Macan EVs that are being discounted at various Porsche dealers, just haven’t been able to get them to my desired terms. But yes, if it turns out no brokers can help me find these terms, then I’ll have my answer!

Technically possible if you can find an in-stock unit and have loyalty incentive. Without loyalty, unlikely..

Any reason you’re not looking at BMW iX? Very doable on your terms and better.

Good idea, I’ll look into that, too! Thanks!

Have you really dove into the marketplace and searched for similar?

I saw an Q8 etron deal posted on lease hacker in California that showed 599. I was able to get this deal in Atlanta, GA. It was a 2024 new. We got the car and it’s amazing. I think you can do better in California as the state has incentives.

See attached.

Money factor is lower in California than in Atlanta.

Wow, that’s so much better than what I’ve been getting offered in SoCal from dealers. Will definitely try to leverage this, nice buy!

Yes, I’ve contacted many brokers. Hopefully one will help me find the right deal!

Here is the deal in California I used to leverage this deal that I saw on Leasehackr. My dealer said California has more incentives. They originally quoted me $1200/mo for the same car.

I laughed and said I’ll buy if you match below. If you find more money today call me or we will be buying another brand. This is the range I’m looking at. And they called less than an hour later.

I hope this helps! I would not be driving this car if it wasn’t for Leasehackr and the amazing people who share their deals.

Why tf would you want to spend that much on something as obsolete as the Q8 etron when the IX exists?

And why would a EQE need to be an AMG version when you’re ok taking the slowest version of the EQS?

Awesome, much appreciated!

You are not going to find a Macan EV at $699 a month unless it is a heavily discounted demo unit. I think an Audi Q6 should be easy to due at $699.There is aPND at under $600 a month.
