If you sign up as a Super Supporter, you can access Ratefindr (which will presumably inform you if there is a loyalty rebate this month).

Or you can ask on the the appropriate Edmunds forums for free or check the Audi website.

Probably marketing fluff from your local dealer. I used to get such offers in the mail when I was leasing a '21 A6.
