@perfhack @Yitche2 Working on the January update as we speak, should have it out by sometime today or tomorrow:)
@car009 Don’t mistake “DAS” for “down payment” because there really isn’t any down payment in the deals I post.
DAS=
(Is total money out of pocket including first months payment, upfront taxes, registration, acquisition, EVERYTHING.)
When you see someone post using the term down payment, more often than not, it means you still have the driveoffs (or DAS) to pay on top of that down payment.
Also remember these deals are not set in stone, if you want to put 1k less DAS you can! Just add whatever you take away from the DAS to the monthly payment. Does that make sense?
