Hi guys,
Im currently looking into this E-tron Chronos thats near me which dealership listed as CPO, has less than 50 miles and CarFax shows as no owner history whatsoever.
But when I spoke to the dealership they told me that its a 1-owner car and someone bought it and traded it next day for another Audi so it cannot be leased. After that I told them nevermind and couple weeks later they told me that I can “actually” lease it but they wouldnt be able to honor the $7500 incentive and everything like that which again kills the deal.
So my question is how true all these things I have been told by the dealer? I mean CarFax doesnt show any history besides that dealership got the car and serviced it.
Also the MSRP on the car is 89K but they dropped it down to 74K on their website so I thought this could be a great deal with incentives for a lease.
Yeah I understand that, but its 2023 and history doesnt show its being titled with 28 miles. And if it was actually sold then they wouldnt tell me after that I could lease it as far as I know
I know some dealerships post new cars as CPO so they can lower the price if the car isnt selling.
I dont really like E-trons (not the GT) but this Chronos package with the color is really sporty looking so I was considering that if I was able to get a good deal but dealer is not willing to play the game…
They have a Chronos package that they just got in, but 89K msrp and I dont think they would come down like how they did on the CPO one… and if the residual is 57% that would be a very expensive lease for invoice chronos, you know better but im just guessing lol
