I am trying to determine what would be a good deal for an Audi Care package for prepaid vehicle services, seems like they call it the: 10k/20k/30k/40k Package. Does anyone have a benchmark for pricing on this package? Vehicle is a 2020 A5 Coupe Premium located in SoCal area.
Seems like MSRP is $1199 but not 100% on that… I know dealers can mark this up of course. I have heard dealers sometimes discount below MSRP, but have not seem it myself.
According to Audi’s website, the MSRP is $1199 for the A5. If you are leasing the car, and buy the package at the time you lease the car, 1 percent is added to the residual, which more or less cuts the price in half. Plus, in California, you can get a small refund on any services not yet needed, if you turn the car in before 4 years, 40K miles.
That’s the new AC cost. However, if you lease thru AFS, you get a 1% RV bump so that decreases your cost significantly.

Interesting info regarding the refund in CA for unused Audi Care - I have to check that because my old lease has 60 months (IIRC) of Audi Care… Looks like I need to be sure to get a refund for the unused portion.
