Audi A4 Sale Tax

Hello Everyone,
I got an Audi A4 deal and the numbers seem to be off. I am based in Southern California.
Since I am leasing through the international program, I am automatically classified as D rating which means 0.00139 MF I think. However, the tax seems to be off because I believe I am only taxed by the leased portion right? Furthermore, I think the discount is a bit low compared to what I have seen on the forum.

I am looking at a 2017 Premium with
Navigation Plus
Convenience Package

MSRP:43425
Discount: 2154.72
Selling Price: 41270.28
Fees: 487.75
Taxes: 3721.52
Unpaid Difference: 45633.59
Money Factor 0.00139

Lease with 12k Miles/36 Months
Drive off 4k= Monthly Payment 551.79
Drive off 6k= Monthly Payment 491.7
Drive off 8k= Monthly payment 431.61

also if i may ask, if i decide to buy it out at the end, do i pay just on the residual value which is 23111.36 in this case or i also have to take care the sales tax of this portion as well.

so you basicly paying $662 -$658 - 653$ for 43K car. Why? is that something like must have car for you?
'
also search in the forum, there is alot of closed deals and most paid %1 of MSRP or less

do you mean 10% or less on MSRP?
I do not have to stick with Audi but I am just wondering if the calculations are off or something.

apart from the pre-set D-tier MF i think other things are negotiable.

search forum, lots of offers published by users.

Yeah, for what it’s worth, the sale price looks too high. I got a 2016 premium A4 with nav from Santa Monica Audi for $0 down and $364/mo incl. tax in February. I’m not sure if there were a ton more incentives on the ‘16s or what, but I’d shop around deals. I talked to other Audi dealerships in LA that were asking WAY more than I paid, but by emailing the internet sales managers with what I wanted, I got this smokin’ deal.

If i may ask, what is the selling price of the car?

Wow… in VA in August I was able to pull off $478/mo on a 2016 A3 e-tron with Nav package and 17" Wheel package. And that was with -$4500 equity on a Prius tradein and putting $3400 in to try to offset that, so I was still underwater coming into the deal. Those numbers seem high and I’ve still seen a few 2016 A3 e-trons in the dealer lots scattered around the country.

Yeah I think the greatest problem is the high MF and the selling price of the dealership is also really high. I saw people getting 10% off their MSRP
