New to leasing and looking for help on this deal. Good Deal or Bad deal?

I’m in Louisiana.
What is the dealer allowance on the 2019 A4s? Is it still $3000-4000? If 4000, then you’re at 10.7% discount pre-incentive which I think can be better for older model now. Side note, I recommend getting premium plus.
Also, what’s the MF?

I think this offer is pretty bad then. You are at 9.5% pre-incentive (if that allowance is considered incentive). If so, I’d push for at least 15% pre-dealer allowance.
Based on that residual, you might want to check out financing if you can.
To be fair, I’m not sure of markets in Louisiana… maybe 15% pre is harder to achieve.

I’ve been looking at Audi the last few days to see what I can pull off. I’m just shopping around all cars basically looking for what I think is worth the money. Audi is a tough cookie to crack given the residuals. Just keep working. I have no idea if 15-16% off their cars is workable as this probably puts the dealer at a few thousand $$ negative. I’ve had a dealer tell me his invoice and after I requested 15% off add to the email that they would be losing around $2000. The offer with just trying to break even on their end was $733/mo on a sale price of $53K. For around $700/mo I could be driving something else probably a bit better than the Audi model I’m after. Ask yourself if this has to be the car and go from there.
