Ask For More Dealer Discount? (EV9 Land)

This quote is for a $73,770 Land Trim EV9, 24/10 lease terms. I’ve gone back and forth about four times now with the dealership, each time getting a slightly lower monthly. I started with a $945.10/mo quote with $0 down. I’m now at $753.52 with $0 down. Wondering if folks think there is more juice to squeeze from the current $2000 dealer discount or if the math seems off. When I run this in the calculator, I’m getting different results.

Here’s the details:
MSRP: $73,770
Dealer Discount: $2000
MF: 0.00091 (2.184% APR)
Rebates/Incentives: $17450
Tax Rate: 8.75% (ughhh…California)
License fees: $818
Other upfront fees: $87
Acquisition fee: $650

Let me know if I can provide any other details. Thanks in advance for any insights you can offer.

Broker on here has a better deal

I did a quick calc using those numbers and it’s higher than OP

That’s what I thought. I don’t have the Tesla conquest cash offer, which changes the calculations.

Something is off in the quote the OP has received and something is off with that broker too actually.

Their linked spreadsheet shows $591+tax/month with $2k DAS (without Tesla conquest) but their thread post is showing $616+tax

Nothing too wrong with OPs quote, click on it then click CAPITALIZE all payments and it goes to 760 instead of his 753. That looks right and he’s probably off on Government fees.

Thanks @forbs that’s what I was missing.

Ah didn’t think of that since OP said $0 down. So it’s really nothing upfront

Here’s an updated calculator link.

Alright friends. I was able to negotiate an even lower price by having two dealerships go back and forth with quotes. Wow…learned so much.

Down to $716/mo with $0 down.

If anyone is interested in Central California I can give you the details on how to negotiate the same deal on a Black EV9 Land lease 24/10000. Basically the one I didn’t go for.
