Working with Mike to lease a Volvo XC40 for my wife was a breeze. We had corresponded a few weeks earlier about another vehicle, but after I posted a question about a lease offer I got from a local dealer for an XC40, Mike texted me shortly after to follow up. I was intending on reaching out to him the next day.

After expressing my interest, the process was fast and straightforward. Mike was ready to get us the vehicle the same day, but my wife needed another day to finish the paperwork. The vehicle was delivered tonight (by a fantastic delivery driver).

This was about as turnkey as I couldā€™ve hoped for. The best part is that his deals are great without any haggling. You get exactly what you see on his spreadsheet.

I donā€™t see any reason why we wouldnā€™t work with Mike again in the future (and I donā€™t see a reason why weā€™d seriously consider going through a dealer anymore). I highly recommend Mike.

I got a Volvo xc90 for a 2 year lease the other day from Mike. He was super quick to deal with, on time, to the point, clear on his instructions and communication, and the deal went great.

On top of that i appreciated his sense of humor, which made the experience way more enjoyable than going to a dealership.

The deal was way better than what local dealerships advertise.

I texted Mike this past Monday at 10:22AM inquiring about an Acura MDX and he replied at 10:22AM. He promptly answered any follow up questions and got me the exact trim and exterior/interior color combo that I wanted for pick up in two days. Pick up at the dealership was painless and quick and their numbers were right on point with the numbers provided by Mike. Smooth transaction and a great dealā€¦you canā€™t ask for anything more. I texted Mike @aronchi this past Sunday because I was helping a friend out who was in need of a new lease ASAP. She was looking to get into a Kia Sorrento. Working with Mike was quick, easy, straightforward and to the point He responded to the inquiry immediately. After he gave us the numbers on his spreadsheet, we submitted the documents/paperwork that was asked for and within 2 days, my friend was out the door of the dealership with her brand new Kia. The price on the spreadsheet was exactly what was paid. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone who wants a great deal and doesnā€™t want to deal with the hassle of endless games and nonsense that goes on with walking inside a dealership! Got an incredible deal on a Kia Sportage PHEV X-Line Prestige through Mike and couldnā€™t be happier with how quick and easy this whole process was.

First contacted Mike around 5pm on a Wednesday, had the deal closed over text and a few emails by 6:30 and picked up the car Saturday afternoon. Turning in my existing lease only took a few extra minutes. Only thing I would do differently next time is schedule a weekday pickup to avoid the crowds!

I originally submitted a request through another service but the pickup would have been too far away and I wasnā€™t thrilled with the level of communication. Dealing through Mike also had a lower fee and less money due at signing, so win/win/win/win. Already shared the info with my friends and family and Iā€™ll definitely be checking back in when my current lease term is ending.

This is the worst customer experience I have every had from a broker. Non responsive and extremely rude when he does respond.

I adjusted a calculator he posted to get to a number to my liking. When I shared it to show what I was trying to be near, he said I manipulated the calculator to my liking, Iā€™m here to waste time and heā€™s not interested. (Isnā€™t the purpose of the calculator to adjust to get to numbers you want?)

Many other brokers in here that deserve business than this joke.

5th inquiry in the past year from this person. First 4 were a complete waste of time and just looking to churn pricing on random cars. Requests xc90 numbers, on a Sunday morning, which i immediately provided, replies back with a 36 month calculator manipulated from my publicly shared 24 month terms because they ā€œliked these numbersā€. Requested inquirer to please not reach out again. Thatā€™s not rude.

You seem to get defensive when you provide horrible customer service and someone calls you out in it. Iā€™m not the only one who has said this, your Reddit and other reviews prove that.

Buyers beware.

Perhaps if you stopped tire kicking and reaching out every few months with random asks, youā€™ll find people who are normally super busy, to be more receptive to your asks. I apologize i couldnā€™t meet your needs. Iā€™m extremely busy with actual customers

Some things can be adjustable, but other things are contingent on the program and can ruin the deal. For example, you can adjust whether you need 12k or 15k mi, and how much down, but the term changes can impact RV, MF, and even incentives. Hence the why brokers try to find the ā€œsweet spotā€ on the lease program

Thanks for the clarity and this makes complete sense. I have used the calculator to adjust numbers in the past to give insight into terms / numbers I would like to be at which other brokers never minded.

I provided you with a customized quote based on miles, rebates and geography. When I saw that you took it upon yourself to get to ā€œnumbers that you likedā€, coupled with the fact that this was literally the 5th time you texted me, I think I was in my right to decline your inquiry. Asking you to please not reach out again because Iā€™m not interested is not rude.

If you changed the term to 36 months and kept the provided 24 months RV and MF, then of course the terms would be to your liking. The only things you can touch is the mileage (if you know how to adjust corresponding RV), your tax rate (if you definetely know it) and DAS (you can opt to roll everything in, or only taxes, or fees, or any combination of thereof thatā€™s allowed in the calculator).

Did you increase the discount off MSRP to your liking?

Posted broker deals are non-negotiable. If you like what you see, you can engage with the broker and pay their fee. If you donā€™t like their numbers, you can find another broker that has a better deal for the car you want. Pretty simple process.
