It’s not bad in that case, but given that popular post on the cts from last month looks like you can do better depending on if they are similar MSRP’d cars and programs have not changed drastically. Have you been shopping any of these?
Plus Texas taxes so all are at least $425p/m, likely $60-90p/m on top. I don’t know much about Cadillacs though so might be worth it.

Yes, I was looking at 18 XT5, but not 19s. The dealer didn’t have the vehicle with the equips my brother wanted, he ended up purchased a Grand Cherokee Trailhawk.
$400 early termination fee doesn’t sound like GM Financial.
You probably have to qualify for every incentive known to man to get this.
