I am in Pennsylvania and I am thinking I would like to buy a PHEV.
I see the tax credit is only available if I buy a used vehicle from a dealer.
I’d be happy to pay a broker to help me find the right car at the right price.
Are there any brokers who specialize in PHEV?

You can do it for private party sale too. There is a website who will act as a dealer to complete the purchase. They will also take care of the loan/title paperwork. They specifically advertise the used EV purchase as one of the benefits of their service.

Tax credits are often much bigger on new cars when you lease (and can immediately buy out).
Which models are you looking at?
I noticed that, but I don’t think I can swing $40k. I was looking to stay under $25k.
Ideally, some sort of SUV.
SHAMLESS PLUG FOR THE BRAND but…EX30 is coming out sub 40k. If it gets the ev rebates that should be in the high 20s
