Anyone tried IQ.Drive? Is it any good?

I’m in the market for a sub $300 second car with ACC+ and Jettas seem to be affordable and come with IQ.Drive standard.

Anyone tried it long term and has anything positive/negative to share about their experience?

Gonna try and test drive one when I get a chance, but can only experience so much in 30 mins.

I have many issues with my Taos but IQ drive is not one of them. It is not meant for stop and go traffic but on open roads it does the job. I do like how VW packages their safety tech compared to other German rivals.

Interesting, any reliability issues? Cause I was eyeing Taos and saw it gets bad rep for reliability.

Btw, no stop and go at all? Not even in highway traffic?

And I agree, getting any ACC as standard is great.

The IQ drive isn’t very good at stop and go. Skip the Taos and get something else if you can. I’ve had the breaks repaired 2x and had 5 total dealer visits. Head gaskets, Rear shocks, Navigation Module. The thing about the Taos is it’s so expensive you might as well get something else. I test drove a Q3 and it was night and day with how smooth the engine was.

Thanks for saving me the headache! I’ll see if I can find a reasonably priced Audi loaner.
